We've had some major changes in our company in the last few months and are excited about our future and how we can be of service to you. There seems to be some confusion of late as to the company history of Key Lime West. You can read about it on the Our Story page (click link on right), but we'd like to clarify some information for you on that subject: Key Lime West's only shareholders are Jim and Shannon Carpenter. The ownership of the corporation and the propietorship before then was and remains solely Jim and Shannon Carpenter. No one else has ever had any ownership interest in our company: just us...We have made some changes, are adjusting well, and have a positive attitude that will help you reach your goals while we reach ours: to be of service.
Our focus has become well-developed over the course of the last 21 years: we are primarily co-packers and private label suppliers taking the daily grind of production off your plate so that you can focus on developing your business. We have never lost sight of our goal of excellence in all we do, especially when it comes to fresh, high quality ingredients, a clean and sanitary working environment, and a well trained crew committed to our standards. Customer safety is a primary focus and that commitment has never wavered: we remain steadfast in excellent quality assurance.
